Every member of our staff can answer the phone, take your order, and get it shipped out. None of that waiting until your “salesperson” is back from lunch, or having to hold for an “available” salesperson. We know your time is valuable, so you can call in and confidently place your order with any of our experienced staff any time of day. We are here to provide design, installation, and technical help, too.

We only stock the BEST brands on the landscape lighting market – and none of our brands are available at “home improvement” stores – only through established landscape lighting distributors. (Read more about the brands we carry). If one of our fixtures consistently fails in the field, we will pack up our inventory and ship it back to the manufacturer. We wouldn’t sell you anything that we wouldn’t put in our own backyards.
  3. Customer Service! Landscape Lighting Supply prides itself on our superior customer service. As we mentioned, all of our staff is trained and capable of taking orders. Here are a few other ways we go ‘above and beyond’ for our contractors:
    • We offer all of our contractors color printed catalogs based on the inventory that we stock 24/7. That means you can confidently hand your customer our catalog, have them choose a fixture they like, and know that we have it in stock.
    • Speaking of inventory, if we don’t have it in stock, we will get it for you. If you use a particular item (or items) regularly, we will maintain an adequate inventory for you for immediate delivery.
    • We offer free shipping for all orders over $2,500
    • If you provide a valid email address, you will receive an email at the end of the day from UPS with your tracking information so you can keep an eye on your shipment.
    • If you prefer, we can leave your credit card number on file, so you don’t have to give it to us each time. Again, we know that your time is money.
